Applicants must have a household income under £90,000
Your application
In order to complete the application form you'll need to provide information about your:
- monthly income and savings
- other financial commitments (e.g. credit cards and loans)
- current living arrangements
- property requirements (what type of property you are interested in).
Retrieving a previous online application
If you have already completed the shared ownership application form you can log in using your email address and password to review or change the information in it.

If you'd rather not use our online form, contact us on 020 3815 2222 or sales@nhg.org.uk and we'll post you an application pack for you to complete.
